Planning and Conceptualization
Developing a floor plan and layout for the space: The floor plan is a crucial element of the design process, as it establishes the overall layout of the space. We will will create a detailed floor plan that shows design solutions and furniture disposition. This step ensures that the space is functional and meets your specific needs.
Creating a mood board to establish a cohesive design style and color palette: The mood board is a visual representation of the overall design style and color palette for the space. We will select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that reflect your personal style, and arrange them in a cohesive and visually pleasing way.
Researching and selecting appropriate materials and finishes: We will research and select materials and finishes that are appropriate for the space and your needs. This includes flooring, wall finishes, lighting fixtures, and other decorative elements. Factors such as durability, maintenance, and budget will be considered when selecting materials and finishes.
STEP 02
Visualization and Presentation
Once the planning and conceptualization stage is complete, we will create a 3D model to help you visualize the design. We will also produce high-quality renderings of the proposed design to give you a realistic view of the finished space. This will allow you to see how different materials and finishes will look together, and make any necessary adjustments to the design.
Throughout this stage, we will work closely with you to refine the design based on your feedback and preferences. The end result will be a design that meets your specific needs, reflects your personal style, and is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

STEP 03
Documentation and Execution
After the 3D Concept is finalized in Step 2, we will move on to Step 3, which involves preparing detailed 2D technical drawings and specifications for the construction team to follow. These drawings provide the construction team with specific instructions for the placement of electrical outlets, light fixtures, and other technical details. The technical specifications also include details for materials and finishes to ensure consistency in the finished project.
Additionally, we will develop a shopping list of furniture, decor, and other items needed to bring the design to life. We will work with the client to source these items, considering factors such as budget, quality, and style. We may also provide recommendations for where to purchase items or work with our preferred vendors to source the items on behalf of the client.
