STEP 1

Planning and Conceptualization

For the planning and conceptualization of the IAD Spain office project, our focus was on anticipating the growth of the start-up company and designing a flexible layout that could accommodate new employees each year.

We aimed to create a dynamic environment that reflected the youthful spirit of the company. By integrating scalable workstations, adaptable meeting spaces, and versatile furniture solutions, we ensured that the office could evolve alongside the team's expanding needs.

STEP 2

Visualization and Presentation

Through the use of 3D modeling and rendering techniques, we brought the envisioned office space to life, showcasing its dynamic layout, modern aesthetics, and vibrant atmosphere.

This process allowed the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the proposed design, enabling them to provide valuable feedback and make informed decisions.

STEP 3

Documentation and Execution

In the documentation and technical project preparation phase, we translated the entire concept into 2D drawings that will serve as a roadmap for the construction team and other contractors involved in the project, such as carpenters or electricians.

These detailed drawings ensure that everyone is on the same page,
minimizing the risk of errors and delays during the construction phase.

STEP 4

Finalization

The project's success led to an exciting opportunity, as we were entrusted with designing two additional offices for IAD Spain. This recognition and trust in our work were further validated when our design for the office was featured in the prestigious New York Times Style Magazine as the best office of the month in Spain.
